I made a purchase with the G2A Plus discount. Why is my order is still processing?
When you make your first purchase with the G2A Plus discount, we need to confirm that your subscription is active before completing your order.
If your purchase is taking longer to be completed, it might mean that your payment for G2A Plus failed and your subscription wasn’t activated.
What you should do:
- Check your bank/PayPal transaction history to check if the subscription payment wasn’t rejected;
- Make sure that you have enough funds to cover the subscription payment;
- Make sure that your bank/PayPal is not blocking the payment.
After 24 hours, a new payment attempt will be made.
