Seller verification and business accounts on G2A.COM Marketplace

G2A Marketplace offers great profit opportunities for growing businesses. We must, however, take care about security. That's why careful verification is a necessary step on the way to become a great seller on the Marketplace.

How can I get verified?

While thorough, the verification process is also very simple. All you need to do is fill in and submit a form available on your G2A Account dashboard.

What are the requirements?

Business Seller verification

If you'd like to be verified as a sole trader, it's enough to provide:

  • Official company details with name, address, registration and tax numbers
  • Personal details of a company representative and owner: first and last name, date of birth, address, nationality and citizenship
  • Financial info: expected turnover and expected payout destination (country)
  • Personal document confirming the identity of sole trader: a clear copy of a valid and unexpired ID card, passport, or driving license with a photo.
  • Document confirming the power of attorney for indicated representative (for lawyers)
  • Certificate of incorporation / Business registration
  • Certificate of VAT or TAX number (optional)
  • VAT number (you can find it here)

A limited company verification requires few extra documents:

  • Official company details with name, address, registration and tax numbers
  • Personal details of a company representative and owner: first and last name, date of birth, address, nationality and citizenship
  • Financial info: expected turnover and expected payout destination (country)
  • Certificate of incorporation / Business registration
  • Document confirming the ownership of the company
  • Document confirming the names of the directors of the company
  • Personal document confirming the identity of all owners and representatives: a clear copy of a valid and unexpired ID card, passport, or driving license with a photo.
  • Personal document confirming the identity of CEO of the company
  • Document confirming the power of attorney for indicated representative (for lawyers)
  • Certificate of VAT or TAX number (optional)
  • VAT number (you can find it here)

You can find additional instructions by browsing the forms. The verification process won't start until you submit a complete form.

What's next?

Once your form is submitted, reviewed and accepted, you'll see suitable info box on your dashboard. Your account will be instantly upgraded and allowed to sell.
